Processing & Fulfillment
Orders for in‑stock items typically process within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time shown at checkout.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Address or order edits are possible before your order enters fulfillment. See “Changes & Cancellations.”
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.
Pre‑Order Releases
For limited drops, select products run as pre‑orders. Reserve early; you are charged only when the product is ready to ship.
- Estimated ship windows are posted on the product page and in your confirmation.
- We’ll email status updates during production. You can update your address before fulfillment begins.
- Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately so you don’t wait on ready items.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Transit estimates begin once your order has shipped. Final options and pricing are shown at checkout.

Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and customs can extend delivery times.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- Occasional free‑shipping promotions may appear during specific drops or events.
- We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx; the carrier is selected automatically to optimize speed and reliability.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship available items first, with remaining items shipping when ready. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.
Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed (and/or sent via SMS if opted‑in) when your label is created.
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after label creation.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier branch. Many carriers mark delivered up to 24 hours early.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and item.
- Lost in transit (no movement): contact us after 7 business days (U.S.) or 14 business days (international).
- Marked delivered but not received: notify us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Address Changes & Cancellations
- We can update addresses or cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment.
- Once a label is created, rerouting may be limited by the carrier and may incur a fee.
- For pre‑orders, you can update your address any time before we begin fulfillment.
Contact [email protected] promptly with your order number and the corrected address.
Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out for a corrected address. Reshipment fees may apply. If we don’t hear back within 10 business days, we’ll refund the item(s) less shipping.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Availability may change by drop.
- All international shipments are sent via a tracked service whenever available.
- Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance time.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any duties, VAT, or import fees are assessed by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal to pay import fees may result in the package returning to us. Refunds exclude original shipping and any carrier return fees.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Some size/weight limits apply; certain items may require a physical address. If we need an alternate address, we’ll contact you.
Holiday & Peak Volume
During holidays and major drops, processing and transit may be extended. Order early to avoid delays. Posted cutoff times are guidelines, not guarantees.
